Ingredients: ½ kg Oat Meal (Porridge Oats), 90g Sunflower Seeds, 90g Pumpkin Seeds, 90g Hazelnuts, 90g Dry Banana Chips 50g, Desiccated Coconut, 50g Flaked Almonds, 15ml Maple syrup,15g Sesame seeds, 15g Honey, 15g Butter.
Method: Pre heat the oven to 170c Melt the Honey and Butter together, constantly turning so that the butter does not burn. Lay all the dry ingredients on a flat tray and pour the butter and honey mixture on top. Mix everything together ensuring all the dry ingredients are coated with the butter and honey mixture. Place in the oven for 30 minutes making sure to turn the granola every ten minutes until ready.
