The Point Pony Trekking & Horse Riding Centre in Ballyconneely, Co. Galway.

discover some of the most breathtaking scenery in the West of Ireland on horseback. Their riding centre is situated right beside the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Connemara Championship Golf Links . With spectacular beach rides have provided riders with some amazing experiences over the years.

All our rides are accompanied by experienced staff. They will guide you and your horse safely along the dazzling sandy beaches and through wide open countryside.

With the Twelve Bens as a backdrop, the Atlantic Ocean at your feet, the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone and the colorful town of Clifden only a few miles away, it doesn't come any more scenic than this!

They organise treks to suit all levels of riding. Ponies and horses are all very well behaved and well schooled. A.I.R.E. approved

Very romantic, attentive staff and fantastic food! Flawless execution at every turn. The prix fixe menu in the main dining room is worth every penny if you like interesting food with exceptional presentation. They have extensive hiking trails and the rooms in the main building overlooking the river are beautiful.
