Our chefs have shared their quick and easy recipe for a rhubarb compote from our breakfast buffet.
Ingredients:
1kg Rhubarb
500g sugar
Cornflour & water
Method:
1. Simmer the rhubarb and sugar for about 5 minutes until the rhubarb is soft.
2. Add cornflour and cold water to bind it together.
Served warm and topped with a dollop of yogurt is the perfect addition to your morning breakfast or a delicious sweet treat during the day.
